BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2121 Hamill Road, being on the northwest line of Hamill Road northeast of Godsey Lane. Part of an unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 2087, page 297, ROHC, and part of the properties described in deed book 2087, page 295, ROHC, and deed book 893, page 578, ROHC. Said part of tract begins at the intersection of the northwest line of Hamill Road with the southwest line of Godsey Drive (a 30 foot wide private road), thence northwest some 338.5 feet (deed), or 345 feet (tax map), thence northeast some 180 feet, thence southeast some 307 feet to the northwest line of Hamill Road, thence southwest 190 feet with Hamill Road, crossing Godsey Drive, to the southwest line of Godsey Drive, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 110J-A-2 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
